Charters, Groups & Tour Operators

Nanaimo Harbour Tours/Charters:

All tours and charters require advanced reservations allowing us sufficient time to prepare for your visit and to be ready to set sail as soon as possible.  All we ask is that you book your tour/charter well in advance and provide us with the details of your requirements.  For reservatons, please call us at either 250-729-8738 or 1-877-297-8526, or complete and submit the Group Tour Request Form.  (All tours must include a minimum of 4 adult fares and can be scheduled to run between 10:30 a.m. and 4:15 p.m.)

Group Policies

Reservations required in advance
Booking by groups and tour operators may be made by completing the form below or by contacting us by phone, fax, email, or regular mail at the contacts listed below.  In order to make a group booking we require your group name, sailing date and time, a passenger count and method of payment.

If you have a group of 50 or more and book with us a minimum of one week in advance, adults will pay $4.00 for their one way fare to Newcastle Island.  This is a discount of 20% on their one way fare.

Note: 
Arrangements can be made to pick large groups up at the Brechin Dock for a surcharge of $50 for each trip down the channel.

Reconfirmation of actual numbers and sailing times is required 24 hours prior to sailing.
